Pump Unit Without Prohibited Materials
Any materials that are prohibited in the process of rechargeable battery production (e.g. copper, lead, zinc, tin) are not used in the liquid end parts and exterior (except for the motor). Also, information on the materials used for all parts are available to ensure product safety for users.
Structure That Preserves Coating Solution Quality
The structure with no sliding parts eliminates wear caused by pump parts, eliminating the risk of quality declines due to metal contamination. Also, transfer with no shearing prevents gelation, slurry re-clumping, or other liquid quality changes. Having no shaft seals eliminates the possibility of entry of air.

Same Discharge Performance with High-viscosity and High pressure
The built-in check valve mechanism provides enhanced controllability, allowing for stable discharge volume and accurate automatically controlled operations regardless of the impact from pressure fluctuations, viscosity, or amount of slurry contained in the liquid. In addition, the coating quality can be preserved for a long period of time as the initial performance can be maintained.
High-precision Supply for Coating Consistency
Our uniquely designed high performance valve seats and highly efficient hydraulic structure are used to completely eliminate pulsation, enabling continuous supply to the coater at a consistent rate. This helps create even film thickness to contribute to improved battery performance.
Liquid Solutions Center

Liquid Solutions Center is a facility where we perform testing with advanced analyzers using liquids that are actually used in battery/electrode materials and recreating the process similar to the usage environment.
If you have issues with liquid transfer operations, please get in touch with the branch office nearest to you.
