TACMINA is dedicated to eliminating anxiety for customers considering pumps or other liquid control units by providing an environment and services that incorporate sufficient advance testing and verification, thereby facilitating equipment introduction.
We make use of the latest analysis equipment to thoroughly analyze the viscosity of fluids and particulate sizes of slurries we receive from customers. Instead of relying only on intuition and experience, we use objective data to determine the most suitable transfer method.
We reproduce actual use conditions and perform tests by actually transferring the liquid in our testing center. We can also confirm system stability during continuous use, or any changes to the liquid's characteristics. Tests are performed as many times as needed to resolve the customer's concerns and the results are explained in our comprehensive reports.
We also handle testing at the customer's work locations.
TACMINA's Liquid Solution Center
The viscosity of liquids being transferred and the particle sizes of slurries are measured in advance, and the scientific data is carefully examined for determining the optimum transfer method.
Within this large, spacious facility, we are able to recreate the piping conditions as close as possible to those of the actual use and conduct testing using the actual liquids in question.
It can also be confirmed that the characteristics of the liquid have not changed before or after the use of the pump.
TACMINA uses test equipment designed and manufactured according to customer requirements to collect the necessary data.
TACMINA offers a wide lineup of devices for on-site testing.
Convenient trolley-based units and units with a tank, pump, and control panel are also available.
