Hydraulic diaphragm pump

A type of positive displacement pump.

A pump that transmits power using operating oil (silicone oil, etc.) filled between a diaphragm and a piston that serves as the drive source.

A built-in relief (safety) mechanism eliminates the need for relief valves and other devices for handling abnormal pressure, making hydraulic diaphragm pumps effective for use with fluids that should not be exposed to outside air.

Hydraulic diaphragm pumps also limit changes in discharge volume due to pressure fluctuations at the injection site, and are commonly used in high-pressure lines such as in petrochemical processes.

Compared with direct-driven diaphragm pumps, these pumps offer higher accuracy and allow for high-pressure injection.
