NPSH

NPSH is the abbreviation for “net positive suction head”.

There are two types of NPSH—Av.NPSH and Re.NPSH—which indicate whether the pump is capable of normal transferring without causing cavitation.

Av.NPSH = Available NPSH

Re.NPSH = Required NPSH
