Magnetic pump

A type of non-positive displacement pump.

Magnetic pumps include an impeller with a magnet on the inside of the casing, and a magnet rotated by a motor attached to the outside of the casing.

The attraction of the magnets transfers the rotary motion of the motor to the impeller, which allows the liquid to be transferred.

Because such pumps have no shaft seal, there is no need to worry about liquid leakage.
