We want to transfer an organic solvent (diglyme) that contains fine particles a few micrometers in size.

  • A flow rate of 50 L/min and a discharge pressure of 0.5 MPa are required.
  • We want to observe and record the actual flow rate.

We created a liquid transfer unit in which a large-flow-rate, triple pump head Smoothflow Pump is equipped with a flow meter.

  • Because there is no pulsation, it is now possible to measure with a flow meter.
  • Because the diaphragm method is used, no slurry biting or part wear occurs, which enables stable operation.
