We want to supply raw materials to a disperser on a color toner production line.
We tried various pumps, but none of them could solve the following problems.

• Tube pumps have pulsation and the tube is worn down by slurry liquid, causing rubber debris to mix into the liquid.
• Air-driven pumps have too large a flow rate. Also, even inserting a damper does not fully suppress the pulsation, resulting in an intermittent flow.

We suggested that the customer use one of our Smoothflow Pumps, which are suited to transferring slurry, and they agreed to this proposal.

• Because there are no sliding parts, these pumps are highly resistant against wear, which eliminates contamination caused by the pump.
• These pumps have no pulsation and can transfer the liquid continuously with a stable flow rate even when transferring a small amount, which has resulted in stable quality.
