Smoothflow Pumps High-Viscosity Type

A brand-new high viscosity structure pump that was created from the demands of end-users High-Viscosity Type Direct-Driven Type

Features

Even high-viscosity liquids exceeding 300,000 mPa•s can be transferred.

These Smoothflow Pumps are capable of transferring a wide range of liquids, from water-like liquids to paste-like high-viscosity liquids.

Results vary depending on the properties of the liquid. Testing with actual liquids is highly recommended.

No damage to the transfer liquid

Liquids are not scraped, and pressure is not applied locally.

No leaks, no contamination

The pumps do not include any shaft seals, so there’s no need to worry about liquid leakage or entry of foreign matter.

Wear resistant

No rotating or sliding components are used for liquid end parts, creating a structure that is highly resistant to wear.

Minimal residual liquid

The compact design of the liquid end parts means no precious liquids are wasted.

Dry running is OK

The absence of sliding parts means there’s no need to worry about heat generation or malfunctions caused by dry-running.

Easy disassembly and cleaning

The pumps can be disassembled without any special tools, allowing any residual liquids to be quickly wiped away.

Contact TACMINA to request a test using your actual liquid.

At TACMINA's "Liquid Solution Center <LABII>", pumps can be used to perform liquid transfer tests with the liquids that are actually used by our customers. Specialized technicians are available for consultations regarding liquid transfers, and a detailed report on the test results is also issued. This makes it possible for our customers to consider using liquids that are difficult to transfer and switching from other types of pumps with peace of mind.

Pumps can be loaned out for trial use.

This enables our customers to test pumps installed in the actual piping in place at their worksites.
